We had a toilet emergency on on Feb 23, 2026. I first tried to repair it myself, but found out it was not that easy - the drain valve is glued/sealed to the tank. Removing it might take a lot of effort may damage the tank, or worst, hurt myself. The toilet model is very old as well, probably 22 years old. It's discontinued, and the parts are hard to find.
