I had a tune-up by Eveready in March. One wire was detached when they left. When I turned the A/C on several weeks later, the house did not cool down. I called them to take a look. Carlos and Jim came. Carlos said the compressor was dead and Jim said it needed to be replaced. I signed a contract to lease a new system. I got a second opinion and that technician discovered the detached wire. He reattached it and the compressor worked just fine.
