Thad was amazing and so professional. He came out within a few hours and replaced all moving parts, put the door back on the track, and new weather strip for a fantastic price. He appreciates veterans which was great. He did thorough inspection and gave us multiple options to chose from. All moving parts came with a lifetime warranty! You can’t beat that. The coil on my garage door broke. Thad responded Very quickly and came out to inspect the garage door. Was very thorough and efficient and explained everything in detail so I can understand what’s happening. He did upgrade to help reinforce the garage door. We had Thad Humphrey work on our garage door. He work very hard at replacing several items on the door which caused the garage door not to close. He even put in hurricane locks on the door, which weren’t there before. He is very polite, friendly and takes the time to explain every detail of what needed to be done or replaced. There should be more people like Thad in this world, who is just a very nice and hard working person. I highly recommend him and Everdoor!
