Words cannot express the gratitude I feel toward Lillian at Everdear for her wonderful customer service during this difficult time. From the very beginning, she showed empathy, patience, and genuine care for what I was going through when placing my order. I lost my husband, my daughter lost her Daddy, and our family lost a beloved son, brother, and uncle unexpectedly 4/13/2024. We sent portions of his ashes to Everdear to transform into blue diamonds (his favorite color) so he can SHINE ON. This treasure we all carry has left us all speechless. My experience with Everdear is beautiful. The day after my partner passed I was looking for something that I could have from his ashes and came across Everdear’s site. I called and talked to Kiley and she told me all about what they could do. I sent them his ashes and all along the process they kept me informed of the process and progress. This company has made a really hard time in my family's life a light at the end of the tunnel. They made this experience so amazing from start to finish. Cheryl was my amazing point of contact and was there every step of the way with all my crazy questions. My Dimond came out perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything less. Thank you to EverDear for creating my most cherished possession! At first, I was nervous to hand over my baby girl's (Pepper's) ashes, but she couldn't have been in better hands! The customer service was beyond exceptional. I would receive detailed updates every time I followed up with them. I wear my beautiful ring everyday. I am so happy that I found a way to preserve my precious Pepper and take her everywhere I go, like we used to. <3 Thank you!
