Everdeen Construction did a good job on my roof. they walked me through the process of meeting with my insurance company and helping get the roof covered. Everything was cleaned up very very well and all of the workers that came to my property were very professional. However....I was never given a complete and total estimate. Seems the costs of my roof changed during the process. Paid 9000 when roof was done and then was told final bill would be around 6800....BUT to my surprise the final bill was over 10,000 seems the costs... read more

The contract for the roof states that the cost of the job is "INSURANCE PROCEEDS". I have uploaded the documents to support that. The money that is awarded by the insurance company for the customer's roof is to cover all roofing expenses above and beyond more materials and extras that are needed. That does not mean that an amount left over goes in the customer's pocket. That is insurance fraud since that money the customer would hope to keep would not be used for roof costs, since the roof is already done. That is negotiated... read more
Just had my Roof installed by Everdeen. They worked with my insurance company on my behalf and gave me estimate that was fair and accurate. Work was completed in a timely fashion and I now have a beautiful new roof. Special thanks to Rich and Josh for keeping me in the loop of things during the process. Worked for them for about 5 months. They paid me on a total of 1 job. I sold over $100,000 in roofs for them and they never paid me. They took forever to attempt to install homeowners roofs. And they lie about being preferred contractors. Horrible company to be a part of. The owners and managers ignore my calls cause they do not want to pay me for my sales. I get calls from previous customers complaining how poorly their roof was put on by Everdean
RecommendedHonest and truthful, these were the only contractors to tell us our roof did NOT need replaced. All the other contractors had only the job and money in mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. Blake was on time, pleasant and very well qualified. We can’t thank you enough!
