This property management is a joke they tell you no showing before applying and they accept 650+ credit score. After applying with 727 credit score and a 6 figure income they said oh sorry we only take 800+ credit score They just making money from the applications fee Please do not waste your money or time with this cr*p. We got approved same day for a brand new town home in a better area. Be smart and deal with reasonable management company
