New Furnace installation. 1st issue, The furnace filter door, made of sheet metal, drags on the floor and bends when trying to close it. The tech told me to shove it with my foot or get on my hands and knees to close it. I'm old, have arthritis and we don't wear shoes in our house. I'm not kicking it with a bare foot. Extremely disappointed with Evercool after being a loyal customer for over six years. Marc, the Operations Manager, misdiagnosed my HVAC issue over the phone without even inspecting the system. He told me the part wouldn’t arrive for days and showed no empathy when I explained that my family, including two small children, would be without AC during summer heat. I would never use these guys ever again. I was convinced by the 4.9 star rating but I dont know if I would ever trust this google review again. First of all the owner is very rude. He behaved like he was doing me a favor with his service. And then his service, the technician obviously didnt know what was going on with our HVAC and just did something and “hope it will work”. Do not use this company!!! They have been a nightmare to deal with!! Most of the workers are not friendly and rude!! They were supposed to install a new furnace. They have been to my house five different days in a span of two weeks and still can't get the system running. I overheard the technician talking to his office, and he advised that he didn't have the training on the system. We just replaced our condenser on Thursday through EverCool, and they were amazing! Our a/c was on the fritz, going out any time it was over 90⁰ outside, but working in the evening/overnight/early morning. Evercool came out a couple of weeks ago and diagnosed the problem gave us a quote to replace the condenser motor and to replace the whole condenser.
