I would never use these guys ever again. I was convinced by the 4.9 star rating but I dont know if I would ever trust this google review again. First of all the owner is very rude. He behaved like he was doing me a favor with his service. And then his service, the technician obviously didnt know what was going on with our HVAC and just did something and “hope it will work”. Do not use this company!!! They have been a nightmare to deal with!! Most of the workers are not friendly and rude!! They were supposed to install a new furnace. They have been to my house five different days in a span of two weeks and still can't get the system running. I overheard the technician talking to his office, and he advised that he didn't have the training on the system. After bringing in a new technician, they were still unable to get it running and advised that the problem was with thermostat wiring. So we had a... read more
We just replaced our condenser on Thursday through EverCool, and they were amazing! Our a/c was on the fritz, going out any time it was over 90⁰ outside, but working in the evening/overnight/early morning. Evercool came out a couple of weeks ago and diagnosed the problem gave us a quote to replace the condenser motor and to replace the whole condenser. I am very pleased with EverCool! Polite, honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The repair on my aging AC system was minor, but when I'm ready to replace the whole system, this is the company I will call.
Jared came out promptly and texted before he came. He explained the pricing in detail. I thought it was fair. Also explained what the issue was. Didn’t talk down to me. He was great
