We called for help when our unit stopped working - 99 degrees out, near the end of the workday, and right before a holiday weekend. Within an hour, Evercool arrived, replaced our capacitor, and had us up and running! Pricing was quite reasonable and Evercool’s representative Jared was very kind and knowledgable. We’ve had great experiences with Evercool in the past for routine service, but wanted to leave this review to say how grateful we are for Evercool absolutely going above and beyond when we needed urgent support!
Had a new AC installed after getting competing quotes. They also correctly diagnosed the other failing one after others didn’t. Highly recommend.
Weekend service for ac failure by Andrew. Courteous friendly, explained steps in troubleshooting, checked/ fixed other issues (namely, weak capacitor) that could lead to future problems. Very pleased.
