Honestly not sure why I try with this place anymore. The worst part is it's not this specific location, it's all of them. Car is never clean, I still see the dirt on my windshield, doors, mirrors, wheels etc. I always pay for the top wash too, yet never any tire shine or barely any sticks and my vehicle is never dry. I give them the benefit of the doubt when I pass by and hope they changed something, but no.
