This place is horrible! I saw a doctor with fidelis Insurance, and they told me they have cooperation with my insurance company. But I received a medical bill from their doctor under a hospital’s name! But, my insurance company has no connection with that one! They lied to me but I have to pay for them more than 600dollars! Lier!
