As an autist, I have been thru the ringer when it comes to mental health professionals and this one might be the biggest clown in the circus. Gaslighter. Bad at keeping appointments and then denies you even had one. Zero empathy and very condescending tone. Calls herself an expert in the millennial experience but is clueless about it. Offers woo-woo talk instead of psychological insight. Really full of herself. Just another "therapist" in the mental health racket.
Victoria has been an amazing help and guide during each therapy session. From reshaping my focus, bringing new and fresh ideas, to always being honest and supportive even during some of the hardest moments in my life. She is empathetic, creates a safe space and truly wants the best for you. This has been a huge blessing and help because I am moving in the right direction after only one year of therapy.
