Min Kim is the business partner of Daniel Ha, owner of Ever Builders. Min Kim came over to our house unscheduled and demanded payment. I didn't invite him in. I opened the door to talk to him and he just walked in. He refused to leave without payment. I pointed to his work and said I was not paying until his job was corrected. For 30 minutes he refused to acknowledge his job was not corrected and refused to leave without payment. I had to call the police to get him to leave.
