We needed some carpets laying within a very short timeframe and we weren’t disappointed with Ever After Flooring. We spoke directly with Lee and he arranged for the rooms to be measured that same day. He also organised the fitters to arrive the next day. The two fitters completely the job to an excellent standard and we were so pleased with the result. We’d highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. The whole process from start to finish was great! I was given good advice to help me choose the right carpet runner for my stairs.They came out to measure up at a time and date good for me and gave me a quote there and then. The carpet was ordered the same day as the price was so good! and a date was arranged for fitting when I was ready. The fitters were respectful and polite working professionally and did such a good job! I can't recommend this company enough!
Had some LVT flooring and it was absolutely terrible. Shocking customer service, they did not rectify it. Skirting boards were damaged, flooring was peeling up and cut unevenly. Reply to comment from Ever After Flooring: subflooring was a non-issue. The problem was that the floor fitter was unable to measure and cut the pieces to fit the edges of the room. When he returned he filled them with clear silicone. I have since removed all silicone and used left over tiles to recut and stick myself.

Absolutely love this flooring shop. Jodie, Lee and Chris are all amazing and super helpful. The choice in the shop is plentiful and they have sound advice about all of the different carpets and hard floors they provide, with options to suit every budget. My house looks amazing now with the beautiful carpets and herringbone style flooring from Ever After Flooring.
