Our 92-year-old father and 90-year-old mother are now both under the care of Eventus, whose excellent practice conveniently makes "house calls" to their senior campus. My mom is in memory care at a wonderful facility, and they use Eventus. My mom suddenly started to walk with her head at a 90 degree angle looking at the floor. She couldn’t lift up her head. I was obviously extremely concerned about it and reached out to her providers through the Eventus portal about my concern. I had read that some medications could cause this and wanted to talk with providers about it. I waited a few days for a response and didn’t hear anything back. Eventus has been exceptional with the care of my father. There have been some hiccups along the way, which is to be expected, but overall my experience has been wonderful. My care coordinator, Brittany Cannon, is always helpful and responsive and I am so grateful to have her as a part of his care team. Don't let your loved one become another victim. These NP's are NOT supervised as should be. There is no such thing as coordination of "care". Someone will die.
