I had 3 months of 2 hour infusions with this group. They are absolutely fantastic. The staff is so nice; the office side is so easy; they went out of their way for my comfort; they were so professional; the facility is so clean, and the rooms are so comfortable and cute. Both the nurses I had were incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and very thorough. If I could give more stars I would. When you’re going through very tough medical issues, having a place like this is truly a blessing
I wanted to like this pharmacy but there has been so much miscommunication. Trying to order medicine and supplies is a hassle. They don't answer the phone and don't always call you back. They don't ship medicine on time. They send alot of unnecessary supplies rather than the ones needed. Not always friendly. Reauthorization took over a month because of mistakes they made. One of the worst specialty pharmacies I've ever dealt with. I hate to be so harsh but dealing with them as been one issue after the other.
