My momocon hotel room was cancelled this is very urgent that this gets fixed it was cancelled via event sphere after they pulled the charges Since it was possible with someone else even though they told me after hours of being on the phone there’s a slim chance they can’t do anything I would appreciate it if I got a new reservation at the Omni

I cant say how much i am not happy with EventSphere for the 2nd year in a row. I never got a confirmation for our event last year and again this year same thing. I called to check on our confirmation and the young lady did try to help, but wasn't able to help me or tell why i was never notified. 3 days before check in and NO confirmation? Epic Fail to EventSphere!
EventSphere did a great job resolving a communication issue about booking within a room block for a major trade show. I expressed my disappointment in the way the situation had been originally been handled, and they reached out immediately to make the situation right. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was very professional and I commend them for the personal service.
