Bepsi and her team went above and beyond what I was expecting. I remember giving her scattered ideas during our meetings and having a hard time seeing the vision myself. She took the few ideas we gave her and turned our mandap and reception design into something absolutely stunning, elegant and creative. We had a jaw dropping reveal and our friends and family could not believe how beautiful everything looked especially with just a few hours time to flip. I had a very disappointing experience with Events by Bepsi. After booking with her for an event that, unfortunately, had to be canceled, she assured me she would process a refund. However, once the cancellation was finalized, she stopped responding to my messages and calls altogether. It's incredibly unprofessional to promise a refund and then completely ghost a client. I trusted her during a difficult time, but her lack of communication and accountability showed a serious lack of integrity. I would not recommend working wit... read more
