I had a very disappointing experience with Events by Bepsi. After booking with her for an event that, unfortunately, had to be canceled, she assured me she would process a refund. However, once the cancellation was finalized, she stopped responding to my messages and calls altogether. It's incredibly unprofessional to promise a refund and then completely ghost a client. Bepsi was the decorator for my wedding a few weeks ago, and I truly could not be happier that we found her. She is such an amazing person herself, and she is so passionate about her work, that you can actually see it on her face when you first meet her. We discussed and met with 3 different vendors and we finally engaged Bepsi Patel as our wedding events decorator. Bepsi stood apart from other vendors solely because of her passion and excitement which was in sync with the bride’s. She was not solely focused on the $$$ unlike what we felt with other vendors.
