Great space especially for a kids party. Staff is friendly and flexible, high recommend.
It’s really disheartening to know you’ve been swindled out of your security deposit over something that was NOT stated under the security deposit section of the contract. It feels like we’ve been scammed. I’m not sure who this space is used to catering to, but it surely wasn’t our demographic. I see scamming people out of their security deposits is a thing for this place. For them to say everything was fine when our event was over. To wait until we leave to say because you had alcohol you don’t get the security deposit back? When you said oh you could have given us the alcohol to serve, as if it wasn’t a problem. The contract states that’s to cover damages. And if we were to be selling alcohol we would need a liquor license.
