Jill, Alex and the i. candy team blew my expectations for floral and design out of the water for my August 2025 wedding at Felt Estate. They were able to take my inspiration photos and understand what was important to me, even when I couldn't succinctly verbalize it myself. Their designers are amazing and our venue looked perfect, however, they struggle with communication and organization. As soon as we signed the contract, they ignored my emails and after 4 months, I emailed again, asking for communication expectations. They clarified that they’d contact us a month out from the wedding. Which was perfectly fine, but they need to treat every client as if they have never done this before. As an event planner and designer, I have worked with Jill, Alex, and the iCandy team for over a decade and they are exceptional at what they do. iCandy has perhaps the most expansive inventory of tabletop decor in the state, as well as furniture, floral, and paper products, which makes them a one stop shop. We love being able to partner with them on so many celebrations, and cannot recommend them enough!
