Ordered an arrangement online. Received a call the next day from the shop telling me they don't have the vase I chose AND the flowers aren't in season. I was a little frustrated, why offer them if they aren't available? But I was VERY accommodating and agreed to let them make an arrangement that sent the same message, "warm and sunny".
