Events and adventures has been an amazing experience in the about two years I have been in the group so far. Every month we have so many fun events from dinners to hikes to activity nights there is something for everyone. Also not a lot of repeats and if there’s an idea, E&A does their best to make it happen. Don’t do it! A lot of the people are rude and nasty and the contract is a trick (TRAP). It’s a way to con people out of their money because they know that their clubs are very cliquish and snobbish. They trick you into a contract when you go to an event, you’re mistreated and then they try to mess up your credit by sending the contract to collections . I’m so pissed. I’m taking them to court.
I would not recommend this company. I read the reviews online before my Zoom meeting but decided to find out for myself because sometimes everybody's experience is different. Well, I got on the call and the woman was friendly and all smiley, but when I proceeded to ask questions, the pleasantness slowly faded. Absolute scam of a company. I signed up back in 2022 after seeing advertisements and figured it could be a new journey and force myself out of my bubble. Found the company to not be my thing and when I tried to cancel I was left with a 1100-1200 bill after not reading it he fine print of attending one event locks you in. Fine shame on me. Discuss canceling the service and found that I can do $80 a month and that would be acceptable. I want to share my experience to help others avoid being misled. When I signed up with Events and Adventures, I was told my membership fees would cover all food, drinks, and activity costs. However, when I tried to attend events, I was charged additional fees for entry and meals. I expressed my concerns and requested to cancel, even offering to pay for an extra month or two.
