Very rarely do I have an out-of-body experience when it comes to food, but I feel I have to write about this place! For someone who grew up in New England my whole life and NEVER liked seafood, this place is truly exceptional. Only very recently did I begin to enjoy ONLY oysters and mussels, but the lobster roll is far and away the best lobster I have ever tasted. I ended up ordering one, then another, and craved another for dessert. If you are ever in Portland, this is one place everyone should try. 🥰

Very friendly staff, amazing food & great atmosphere.
We ordered a dozen of mixed fresh oysters, two pieces tasted bad. Disappointed with the quality of the oyster after having to wait for more than an hour to get seated.

Best lobster rolls and lobster stew in the city. Do not miss this spot. The wait is worth it.
The food was great! Unfortunately as I was trying to squeeze past a woman sitting at the communal picnic-like table, I caught my toe on the bench support and fell hard. Our server just stood there. I got up fairly quickly because I was embarrassed. As I walked past said server, all he said was, “Thanks for coming in.” Maybe I expect too much.
