This is a company with absolutely NO moral compass. They'll tell you anything to get you to buy and then they're nowhere to be found when it comes to fulfilling on the back end. The owner and president is a scam artist who has a complete lack of professionalism and doesn't seem to have the slightest bit of reverence for customer service. Service is simply an inconvenience to these guys, not an aspiration. Utterly shocked at how rude they are.
