They sold me defective $50 earbuds at the Chicago Westin and refused to refund the purchase. They also refused to give me the name of a manager to contact.
The morons in shipping botched my order. I ordered two items and one was shipped. Now if I needed TWO items, I NEED TWO ITEMS. Not one. No one bothered to contact me to see if I still wanted the one shipped and numerous attempts of contacting someone failed. I ordered through the Clearwater Marine Aquarium website and warn you DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IF eventnetwork is the fulfillment business.
Very unresponsive when the situation is holding them accountable. I am finding this company evasive and not in the practice of conducting fair and equitable business. Very disappointed.
