Amazing agency that really cares for their models. I've worked for them numerous times and each time has been a great experience!
I have never known this agency to hire people of color, ever! This is very discouraging. I believe their event staff should be balanced but it is most definitely not. Agencies (including this one) may argue it's what the client requested but I am certain that no client will oppose diversity. Also it's odd to me that an agency allows and fulfills a request for a Caucasian only staff. In some circumstances it maybe necessary but that should be rare.
