I'm extremely frustrated with this company. I clearly stated when I placed my order that my event was on [11/1]. I received part of my package, but the rest didn’t arrive until [11/3]. After several attempts to resolve the issue with their customer service, which has mostly gone unanswered, they offered me a chump change amount of store credit. This company is awful. Do not buy anything from them. They do not stand by their website claims that if anything goes wrong, they’ve “got your back” (Which implies that they have some sort of great customer service and will help you resolve any issues that come up, which is completely untrue). I wasted thousands of dollars on things that do not work and they’re ignoring my emails to try and resolve. Again, this is the first time I’ve left a bad review on Google. Poorly packaged items resulted in broken vases.
Poorly packaged items resulted in broken vases. I wish to have the broken item units credited and they will not credit me for this. Communication with the customer service department has been poor.
Do not shop here they are sketchy about returns. $400 unreturnable on an unused and unopened item.
