Very disappointing experience with Event Decor Direct, particularly their customer service. I placed an expensive order and specifically paid extra for Signature Required delivery. UPS left the package unattended outside, and it is now missing. After contacting UPS, I was told that Event Decor Direct did not add Signature Required to the shipping label, despite charging me for it. Do not order from this company. There is a serious lack of professionalism, quality control, communication, and customer service. We spent several thousand dollars with this company, and after the way this situation has been handled, I can confidently say we will never spend another dime with them. The dance floor vinyl wrap they provided was subpar and incorrectly cut. UPDATE: Despite their response below they have not looked into this or followed up in any way. Since this post I have continued to email without any response. I’m only giving a star here because I have to in order to write this review- this is far and away the worst retail experience I have ever had.
