I'm extremely frustrated with this company. I clearly stated when I placed my order that my event was on [11/1]. I received part of my package, but the rest didn’t arrive until [11/3]. After several attempts to resolve the issue with their customer service, which has mostly gone unanswered, they offered me a chump change amount of store credit.
