We went to see George Lopez in concert on 2/15/25 and I must say that although I love the casino and hotel, I will NEVER see something in the event center! The seats are so close together that you are practically sitting on your neighbor. The directions to enter through the right door is not clear and the staff is incredibly rude! The lighting was horrible and the minute the concert started, people had their phones out, taking video and blocking the view...where was security then??
