He’s nice and the price seemed low at the time, but it has only been a year and the post of the deck stairs is wobbling, and the wood is cracked in many placed. Just a heads up that the material and workmanship is not the best. I tried to call him about the wobbly post but he’s not picking up.

Most unprofessional contractor. 1) spoiled the whole yard 2) Didn’t take care of safety. A few Spigot screws didn’t have enough support. Directly goes in boards. 3) Board screws left open. No cover used 4) screws used directly on glass railing (half of them) 5) left the desk so dirty 6) saved in material where ever possible. Even the aluminium railing is left unstable. He committed to finish in one week but took 5 weeks. I lost my vacation due to wrong commitment.
We needed an enclose coverage over our Basement Entry, Evenstar Deck, Sam, did a wonderful job, I am very pleased with his work.
