They have repaired items for us multiple times and even suggested accessories and items that we were looking for even though they wouldn't get the sale because they didn't sell that brand! Straightforward recommendations even if you are asking the impossible. You will never be told to fix something that will not be worth the price, but if you insist anyway, they will try and are very upfront about the chances of it possibly not working or increasing the value.
