Great communication and installation!
All i can say about Evenglide is, the old saying is you get what you pay for but with my panel lift door I believe I got more than what I paid for, the quality of the construction is excellent from the door itself to the construction of the runners and the electrical motor drive unit very happy . All the staff are excellent to talk to and knowledgeable about all there products on the show room floor, really happy with the whole finished product .
Highly Recommend the company. All the staff were Flexible, Polite, Punctual & Professional & went beyond what they promised. They attended to quote and then double checked everything prior to install. I had two separate roller doors installed. The second door required me to complete some substantial preparation work first which had some complexities. Had two garage doors installed in July (Over $30,000 of doors). Upon visit to site, installer did not have correct brackets and only installed one of the two doors. Installer returned in November and installed second door and semi commissioned both doors. Installer left stating he needed more parts and he would return in a few days. It is now the week before Christmas and two phone calls have gone unreturned with the status of the install.
