Cannot speak highly enough of the service provided. Had a garage door issue late on a Saturday afternoon, called hoping for help in the morning. Instead the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. Thanks so much for your help!
No service. Quoted $199 charged $254. There for 15min and didnt fix the problem. Very poor !!
We re-engaged Evenglide to replace a garage door system they installed over 25 years ago that needed upgrading. Paul provided a new design that maximised on space as our garage is relatively not wide. He spent a couple of hours measuring and rechecking. I have had a door installed by Evenglide, previously. I wanted them to replace an existing roller door and drive system with all new equipment. I initially spoke with Paul at the Blackburn office in Melbourne. He was very good to deal with and came out to measure and quote promptly. The price was competitive, so I was happy to pay a deposit immediately. The door was ready for installation around 4 weeks later. I received good communication regarding the scheduling for the job.
