I contacted Michael on a Saturday morning the day before Easter to schedule an emergency appointment. He was so kind, and made time in his schedule to come out. He is a consummate, thorough professional, and excellent communicator. His focus is on customer service. Rare to find today. I called Mike at EvenFlow on the suggestion of a neighbor, as I was having trouble finding someone to troubleshoot and check my irrigation system. Mike was very responsive showed up on time, did a great job, and also showed me some ways that I could easily fix some of my drip hoses myself, if I wanted to in the future. I’d highly suggest.
