Chris came and cleared my washing machine drain line. He did a thorough job and the drain is cleared. He did not leave a mess, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about my issue. I think just as importantly was his attitude. He was professional, respectful and genuinely concerned about my problem. Requested an electrician be sent out after nearby lightning strikes. Master electrician Richard came out and was able to troubleshoot the extensive damage done by the lightning strikes and catching what could have caused our house to burn down. Then master plumber Bob came out to trouble shoot and repair a gas line effected by the lightning strikes. Greta service from our tech rick! He provided everything we needed and was on time and ready to finish the job. He was very knowledgeable as well. Prices are a bit high but I guess thats everything right now.
