Unbelievably bad… took 5 months to get it and then the shipping company didn’t even get it in the building when I finally got it they just wrapped it up and put it outside because they said they aren’t allowed to tip the machine. Because of that I have to spend another 790 for a different company to put it inside which put my cost of everything around 9k for a machine that took 5 months to get delivered! I ordered a machine from this company and was told I would receive it within 2-4 weeks. I wanted to have my product ready so I spent about $500. I ended up losing all of my product. After several months of waiting for it to arrive, it never came. They said they had no idea when it would be built and gave me a refund. I asked about my lost product and they are not going to help. So now I am out $500 in product and months of lost revenue. I now have to start over researching a new machine.
I am a new vendor. Was excited to order a frozen machine for my customer. I ordered it 3 months ago. Keep different excuses every week. I want my money back. Worst experience ever! First it needed new parts, now it's they haven't started on it. The they said it was being tested! I want my money back..
I wish I had the same experience as others. I applied for financing on a vending machine and was approved. Joe sent me all the paperwork etc. I'm a very thorough person so I reviewed all the contracts and had questions. I followed up with my questions in an email thread that Joe had recently responded to, just to be sure I was using the correct email address...no response.
