I wish I had the same experience as others. I applied for financing on a vending machine and was approved. Joe sent me all the paperwork etc. I'm a very thorough person so I reviewed all the contracts and had questions. I followed up with my questions in an email thread that Joe had recently responded to, just to be sure I was using the correct email address...no response. Terrible! Spent $7000 on a machine and it was defective upon delivery. Almost 3 months later and they STILL HAVEN'T FIXED IT!!! Horrible communication during this whole process too. Save your wallet and yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Will update this if anything changes.
