I applied for an apartment with this Realty Co. And meeting the realtor who seemed pretty helpful at the time. Filling out the application and did all the required request. Waited to hear back from him and never did? A few days later called and left messages to return my calls, never heard back from him. The apartment went off the market for a few days.
