The guy who works the overnight shift and is there early in the morning is a rude jerk. I won’t stay there again just because of him.
Two years in a row we’ve stayed here at the same time. Two years in a row one elevator has been out of order. Hotel was completely booked so you can imagine the wait times of a 7 floor hotel. We were there for 6 days and it never worked this time last time it worked on our last day. Rooms still have old decor from when they were touted as work out rooms. Hard to describe, but believe me. My wife and I enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping comes every day. People very polite. Do recommend!
I stayed for almost an entire month. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The employees are very polite. I was impressed with how even the little things get done like oiling stainless steel surfaces to prevent rust and constant paint touch up jobs. There is incredible pride and work that goes into keeping this place clean and good looking. The parking fee is not ideal but is economical for Rockville. The location is excellent.
