We had an extremely uncomfortable stay at this hotel. When we first arrived there was a strong chemical smell in the reception area. During the night there was a loud buzzing noise in the room which would come and go. It was extremely difficult to sleep. When I complained to the manager and general manager about this, they could not careless. In the morning I woke up to discover that my car was missing from the parking lot. I am extremely disappointed with Booking and the hotel. A few hours after purchasing, I noticed the error. And even so, they don't want to resolve it and want to charge a fee out of sheer convenience. I will never book anything through Booking or with this hotel again.
Very disappointed the front desk lady did not allow me to check in “early”. I walked in at 2pm she said check in isn’t until 3. I stay at a lot of hotels and I check in early almost every time. I have checked in as early as 10am and never have issues. I would hate to assume if I were a different color the outcome would have been different. Probably will never book here again.
Updated October 2025: You can now parking outside the hotel with a parking pass. I wonder who gave them that idea but you still have to pay daily. I didn't notice anything new about the location but I did try a different room and it was good. I wasn't a fan of the condition on the pipe and the possible mold in the corner of the shower as well as as the lighting in the bathroom was dimmer than usual.
