I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Without a doubt one of the friendliest front desk staff teams ever. They were very accommodating with my request for breakfast seating, a lint roller, as well as storing my suitcase. Highly recommend this hotel!
My major concern is about their coffee machine in the room. It is dusty but I could not wash it. The machine is plugged behind the cabinet. They agreed to fix it but it has not happened yet. Also, there is no microwave in the room so you need to go downstairs to heat your food and get hot coffee. Finally, the a/c is pretty loud. I work up to turn it off at midnight as it was too loud.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and it was quiet, except when we turned on the air conditioning, which was exceptionally loud. We enjoyed the fruit-infused water available in the lobby. The hotel staff were all friendly and provided outstanding service, truly caring about the guests. The room was a decent size, and clean, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. is a decent hotel except the one elevator thing, and the staff also using the elevator makes for long delays when they're cleaning
