The front desk staff was great! Anthony was helpful and wayyyy nicer than the actual mgr Christian. Way more patient on trying to add my rewards number. Christian gave me an attitude and was not well spoken at all. Very incoherent. Not what i expect from a manager. I'm actually a platinum elite ambassador number. So I stay at IHG hotels as much as I can to stay brand loyal. The walls are thin. While the front staff was accommodating, there were no breakfast options, coffee, or other amenities available. Additionally, one staff member called in sick, which negatively impacted the overall experience, especially considering the payment made for services. Thank you.

Great warm and efficient welcome at this modern and contemporary hotel. $35 and 20 minutes Uber from Orlando airport Terminal C Arrivals. 5* Uber service arrived in comfort and safety. Time and fare can change due to demand and traffic but a great way to get here. Our room rate with breakfast is good value. Room and bathroom quality is brilliant. High quality bedding, toiletries and fixtures. Coffee machine is appreciated. Highly recommended.
