Sometimes the best hotel stays are the ones you never planned. On December 26th we made a last minute decision to cancel our reservation at a nearby property and try the Even Hotel by IHG near Orlando Airport for the first time. Best decision we made all day. My fiancé and my Mom recently visited this past weekend for a 50th anniversary celebration we attended in this area! By far, excellent customer service by Ezekiel, front desk and Sam who works the bar service and runs the food orders. Hotel cleanliness, safety & staff 10/10 and the aroma is very fresh! OMG, I cannot say enough great things about this EVEN Hotel! First, the price was phenomenal. It's listed as a 3-star hotel, but honestly, it's quickly creeping into 4-star territory in my book. Second—let's talk about the front desk host, Ezekiel. Yes, he's easy on the eyes, but more importantly, his customer service was exceptional! My check-in wasn't supposed to be until 3:00 PM, but my flight landed at 8:00 AM. I was exhausted and dreading the long wait. Amazing find! My family and I try to stay in any of the IHG hotel line when traveling for work or fun. This hotel did not disappoint whatsoever. Extremely friendly customer service, the best IHG hotel we have stayed in when it comes to the design, space of the rooms, and cleanliness. Most importantly, my husband and I discovered that I misplaced my wedding ring and the hotel team (the front desk employee and the shuttle driver) went out of their way to ensure I received my ring prior to our flight.
