Promised parking and then told me it wasn’t on reservation. Hotel staff was amazing though and credited my account. The staff is really kind at this hotel! Update: we had blood on our sheets and when the team said they’d process points for the situation, they never did. The staff were barely around, stay was loud. Really disappointed.
Where to start from..this hotel surprised me so much! 🥰🥰 It seems like a simple hotel at first but actually has service of a 5star hotel! First of all, when I arrived to Brooklyn I was looking for a hotel which accepts ApplePay for 5h and I was really loosing hope! Stayed here for 2 nights with girlfriends while in Brooklyn for a concert. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean & comfortable. LOVED the lobby full of plants!
