This hotel is deserved 2 star rating . There is no water bottle and morning coffee in the room . I need to edit this review for another night after the previous night. There is no water in the room as well as water dispenser on the 14th floor . Its not enough light on the desk when one need to work in laptop . One more thing to be addressed that the WIFI is extremely slow .
People working the front desk were unprofessional, discourteous, and slow.
Sangey is a great housekeeper. The bedroom was always clean, and her work was excellent, she is very nice. The hotel is great too, with a very good reception, and the staff are very nice. Sangey est une excellente femme de ménage. La chambre était toujours propre et son travail était excellent. Elle est très gentille. L’hôtel est également très bien, avec un très bon accueil, et le personnel est très sympathique.
There’s no planet that this is a 4 star hotel. It’s not terrible but at best it’s a 2 star. You’re paying for a clean room with a clean bed here and that’s about it. No service to speak of. No assistance with bags and the worst part - the WiFi is terrible. I’m sorry but in 2026 you can’t be a hotel and have WiFi that barely works. I’d say this place is a half step above a nice hostel. Thankfully we only needed to be here for a night.
