The hotel is garbage… and the staff even worse and the elevator wasn’t working well and the room was very small and you can smell cannabis everywhere.. and the staff made me pay for the luggage room although they said it’s free
We just wrapped up a week long stay at the Even hotel and by the end of our stay it really did start to feel like home. The location of the hotel makes it great for exploring Brooklyn or hopping over to Manhattan. All our interactions with the staff were positive. We especially appreciate the effort Rogel put into fixing a complication we had with our first night’s stay. We’d love to stay here again!
We used this hotel for our wedding guests and their team was great, especially with the various needs we had as a small DIY wedding party. Rooms are chic and comfortable, beds are firm, and the location can’t be beat. All our wedding weekend activities were walkable or at most a one-train ride from the hotel. The rates are also extremely fair. Enjoyed the stay here however accidentally left my coin wallet in the safe and it has been 3 days with no information except that the room is occupied so they cannot check. It wasn't returned to Lost and Found by housekeeping which means it was taken and not returned. My hope is that they didn't check the safe and it's still there with my CC and cash. If I could just get a call back or management to take it seriously.
Great staff! Trisha Chirico and Monique (?) at the front desk found the wallet that I had left in the safe and had it returned to me. There was a lot of cash and credit cards which came back to me intact. Thank you so very much for taking care of me!
