Front desk staff very nice and helpful
Front desk and customer service may as well be non-existent. My wife got sick and we arrived early to the city, tried to check in early and offered to pay a fee to do so. Gave the front desk our number to call us as soon as a room was ready. They never did, never actually checked or spoke with anyone to try to resolve or help us, just blatantly lied to our face, which was offensive and insulting
Stayed here for 4 nights at EVEN Hotel Brooklyn by IHG and it was a refreshing, comfortable experience — solid 4 stars and a great pick for Brooklyn stays.
