We called Even Flow at 6am and Judy answered the phone. We told her the hot water tank was leaking and she asked that we send her a picture of the tank’s information. At 9am that same day Ben came to look at the tank. I had a lot of questions which he answered and even brought up some things we didn’t even think to ask He said he would get a tank but not that day. I was referred to this company by a former HVAC business owner. I could not be more consistently impressed by Jay, his crew, and even the office coordinators! I am a single mother, and have always had an amazingly respectful experience, where I feel valued, supported and educated. This company, exemplifies kindness, care to detail, and fairness in pricing. I’ve been using them for years, for both annual check ups and emergencies, and I have never been disappointed!

We are extremely satisfied with Mr Jay & John for coming today to fix a leak in the Bath Tub, their expertise, knowledge and willingness to help us is greatly appreciated. It’s very nice to find people like them who show respect, honesty, integrity and excellence in their craftsmanship, Even Flow has become the company we’re going to call for future needs. Highly recommend Even Flow! This is one of two projects they worked on(believe it or not, these pictures are from the smaller project). Our home is from the 40s and needed a massive overhaul on pipes(lead and galvanized), sump pump, main water shut off, spigots, and water heater. The job was done impeccably and we are loving our amazing water pressure and additional space in the utility room with the tankless. We are so grateful to Even Flow for taking care of it all and would use them again in the future.

I had a section of my main drain line go bad and was leaking into my basement. Even Flow Mechanical Services came out same day and assessed the situation, came up with the best plan of action, and professionally fixed our issue. Ben K did a bang up job! Thank you Jay and Ben for getting us back up and running before Christmas! Before and after pictures attached.
