Walked in due to having bad experiences and needing a hair style last minute . The owner called in Kerry. She was PHENOMENAL!!! She was quick and kind and my hair looks amazing !!! Everyone should come here and ask for Kerry if you need amazing braid styles!

I came in to meet the manager, only to be looked up and down at by the front desk associate like I smelled bad or was bothering her. Not only was she rude, but continued to eat food and talk on the phone while I was making conversation.. definitely unprofessional! I have an almost 10 year old daughter, and I would Never take her here to get braids from how I was treated on February 21st last week. this has been one of the WORST experiences i've ever had with my hair. my hair was poorly washed, and i was basically assaulted with the blow dryer and flat irons with how hard they were slapping them against my head. they didn't add heat protectant to my hair, so they fried it. i left the salon with what looked like an over a week old silk press (no body whatsoever), and the next day i had 2 scabs on my scalp from the excessive heat. they were extremely aggressive and the heat on my scalp was unbearable. it felt like they w... read more
