Evelyn is a wonderful Dr. Who helped my daughter out when 10 visits to her regular Dr. Failed to supply the correct answer.
Absolute poor practice. I had to wait 3 months out for an appointment just for them to refuse treatment because the notarized letter that they had me sign in order for my daughter to be brought in by my dad was not being honored by the physician. I asked, "What was the reasoning for asking for me to provide those things in a packet and not honor it." I was told it was the doctor's preference to have the parent there.
