I was disappointed by how dismissive the provider was regarding the severity of my test results and the concerns I brought to the appointment. The visit felt rushed, my questions were not taken seriously, and there was little explanation or reassurance provided. When dealing with cardiac health, patients deserve to feel heard and to have their concerns addressed with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
