Best pediatric dentist! It's always fun for my kids to come to Dr. Kaelin's office. This time around, with the pandemic situation, I wasn't so sure and thought about delaying my kids' appointments, but after finding out All of the steps (22 or more!) Dr. Kaelin's office is taking to protect everyone and keep everyone healthy during their visits - there was no need to delay. The entire staff at Dr. Moore's was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything went smoothly, from the exam to the purchase of glasses.
As always I had a great experience at Dr. Evelyn Moore's office. The staff is helpful and professional and I received excellent eye care from Dr. Moore. They worked with me to find the best glasses that went with my insurance coverage options. Very satisfied!
I went in to buy glasses this past week, and had excellent service. Everyone on staff was professional, informative, and super polite. I felt like they gave me just the right amount of personalized attention. I felt like a VIP customer.
The service was quick and efficient, but it didn't feel that way as there was also a caring touch to the work being done on me.They explained what was happening, if there were going to be additional costs, and what I should expect the result to be. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole visit.
The service was fast and the staff was super friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer my questions and explain things.
I had a torn cornea that became infected and was super painful. This was the only office that would give me a same day appointment on a Saturday. When I got there, the staff treated me very kindly and were very sympathetic to the pain that I was in. Dr. Moore insisted on me coming back to see her daily until the eye felt better.
I ve been coming here for years and have always felt like I ve gotten a good exam. All of the glasses that I ve gotten have always fit well and I ve never had a problem adjusting to the new prescription.
