My last experience with Evelyn years ago was exceptional. She continues to move the needle when i thought it couldn't be moved any further. Evelyn was a dream to work with. I’ve owned homes in the past but this was my first home buying experience on my own post divorce. She walked me thru the process with patience and understanding. She even did calls and prepped homes for me to see while she was out of town. I purchased thru the VA and she is knowledgeable about both VA and civilian home buying processes. She’s such a sweet woman and does not hold back in getting you what you’re asking for at the price you want. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Evelyn was AMAZING during my entire home buying experience! I started off this process with a different realtor due to zillow connecting us and the first realtor was very unmotivated and unknowledgeable so when my first 2 offers fell through I was very defeated and took a break from house hunting.
