I absolutely love here. The place is incredibly safe and peaceful, making it a perfect spot to call home. The maintenance team does an excellent job; streets are kept clean, windows are regularly washed, and the staircases and resident doors are always clean. Mersadie is super friendly and professional. She goes above and beyond by organizing fun events during holidays, where residents can gather at the office, enjoy some food, and even participate in lucky draws. It really adds a warm, community vibe to the place
Worst leasing assistants , we go tour and the leasing lady is so lazy of making a lease of her lazy back from vacation nature and asks you to come next day by time you go on next day she leases the place out to others without intimation .. very unprofessional
I resided here for 7 years under these managers; Michael, Deziraee, Aiyslynn, Kathy and the current manager Mersadie. Deziraee was their best manager. Like another review mentioned, on top of your rent expense you will pay an additional $200 to $300 for water and electric. They switched out the heating control panel and everyday for hours I had no idea in my 2nd room my heater was on even though the panel says it is off, there are emails from management stating there have been complaints about the same issue. Great management that responds quickly to all inquiries. Provides support as best as they can. Property is very natural with nice landscaping. As our first apartment, I highly recommend this quiet, clean, natural community. The property does disclose quiet hours are from 10p-8am but our neighbor upstairs were night owls + having a baby combined with the very creaky floorboards (I could guess the layout of their bedroom furniture that’s how bad it was), I was constantly woken up throughout the nights from them walking around.... read more
Like the community, it’s calm & nice with remodeled Apartment. Community Manager Mersadie is very friendly & helpful & quick to answer all the questions.
