Great place to live in! Lived at Evelyn Gardens for over two years with no complaints. Area is super nice and community is very quiet. The few service requests I had were handled promptly and the property manager Mersadie was always very responsive. After moving out they refunded 70% of my deposit which I thought was reasonable for someone with a mischievous cat
If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars, I absolutely would. Especially with the manager Mersadie. Living here has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. The property was consistently dirty, and the cockroach and mouse infestations were a constant problem. No matter how clean we kept our apartment, the pests kept coming back. Avoid Evelyn Gardens at all costs. The buildings are aging and poorly maintained. They will hit you with extreme move-out fees regardless of the condition of your unit. To make matters worse, they have a practice of forwarding "debts" that don't exist to collection agencies, putting your credit at risk without any prior communication. Completely unprofessional and dishonest management. Stay away from this apartment!!
I absolutely love here. The place is incredibly safe and peaceful, making it a perfect spot to call home. The maintenance team does an excellent job; streets are kept clean, windows are regularly washed, and the staircases and resident doors are always clean. Mersadie is super friendly and professional. She goes above and beyond by organizing fun events during holidays, where residents can gather at the office, enjoy some food, and even participate in lucky draws. It really adds a warm, community vibe to the place
Worst leasing assistants , we go tour and the leasing lady is so lazy of making a lease of her lazy back from vacation nature and asks you to come next day by time you go on next day she leases the place out to others without intimation .. very unprofessional
