I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Stay away from this office!! It's like going to see dr quinn the quack. Horrible!!! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

I believe Dr. Eccles has good intentions, but her poorly organized office staff's bad attitudes and horrible customer service are a great disservice to this practice.
