Dr. Eccles herself is a good provider. However, her office staff and primarily medical assistant, Jessica, is rude and always treats you like an inconvenience when calling the office with questions or concerns. Consider alternative providers as patients should never feel like an inconvenience when seeking medical care.
Receptionist told me they were too busy to follow up with me on issues related to a referral. I realize they are a busy office, but the comment was dismissive, inconsiderate, and unwarranted.
Dr. Eccles herself isn't too bad, but her office staff makes it impossible to get anything done. I ended up switching doctors because I couldn't get meds approved. They were instantly approved by the other office.
So far my experience with her has good. Her staff can use some help. I had noted someone had recorded my weight incorrectly on a previous visit and when I tried to get that corrected the person didn't respond well.
I took my 81 year old mom to see Dr. Eccles for an examination my mom was fearful of and dreading. Dr. Eccles was so kind and gentle, sat down and took time to explain and show pictures to help mom understand. It was refreshing to have a doctor not typing away on a computer during the visit.. She gave us 100% of her attention.We both loved her!! The office staff was so welcoming and helpful and even made calls to find mom a GYN doctor who takes her insurance. Everyone there is wonderful!!!!

I moved from Grass Lake to Plymouth in 2007 and I have continued to drive to Manchester in order to keep Dr. Eccles as my primary care physician.
Great doctor. Feel very comfortable going to her.
