I've tried for weeks to schedule a visit and no one answers the phone
Superior service and treatment by Dr. Reynolds and her entire staff at the office and especially in the operating room. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. My surgery and recovery went well. No complications. Large Fibroid removed. She even made sure my mother came back in for information about me. Greatly appreciated!!!
Dr. Reynolds and her staff are very kind and caring. I was terrified of having major surgery and Dr. Reynolds empathized and gave me information to calm me. Surgery was quick and recovery was smooth! I was called by Nurse Shannon the day after surgery and by Dr. Reynolds 2 days later. I was lucky that everything was benign. Her entire staff and everyone I encountered at North Fulton Hospital was top notch.
Never took any complaints seriously, laughed in my face when I was worried about swollen lymph nodes post-op. Was extremely and visibly annoyed-and also laughed, idk what that’s about-that me and my family actually had valid questions regarding my diagnosis. After waiting to be seen for over two hours. Super demeaning. Should definitely reconsider her bedside manner with her patients.
