TL;DR: If you get the good fortune to work with Eve for your residential real estate search, I recommend jumping on it. In last spring's challenging Back Bay, South End, and Beacon Hill markets - tricky b/c of the very tight supply of properties for sale - Eve's experience, local market knowledge, extensive network of connections with local brokers, proved invaluable to me in my search.
