Knowledgeable but she couldn't care less about her patients. We used her for a couple of years when she was at FCI, then mid-cycle she left the company with no communication or transition. Towards the end of her time at FCI she started showing lack of attention to us and our treatment. In the end medications were not stopped when they should have been, which I find completely negligent and callous.
Dr Feinberg was excellent&compassionate. After having many bad experiences I was pleasantly surprised. She explained everything in detail, short wait, spent about an hour with me, got tests done at the clinic same day. Staff was very nice too they just make you feel comfortable. Good experience @Northwestern 👌🏼
