Eve was a pleasure to work with. Very competent realtor. She was very responsive. Her listing included great photos and description. The listing consisted of 2 vacant lots in Lake Placid, Fl, and sold in just a couple of weeks. She was my second realtor for this sale, the first was an unprofessional disappointment. Eve's work as a realtor set the bar high for any future realtors I work with. The process was a pleasure and happened very fast. Highly recommend!!

Just closed on a property purchase – Eve Brock did an outstanding job! From my first call to her, to the closing. She guided me through the whole process, unlike any real estate agent I’ve ever worked with, and there have been quite a few. She is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely attentive, and always available to answer questions. If she didn’t have an answer, she new who to call to get it. All of that and great fun to work with. Eve is the total Realtor package. Thanks for everything!

I'm not big on writing reviews, but I must say that Eve did a fantastic job in finding me a home that fit all my needs, and taking everything from start to finish. All I can say is Eve made the process so easy for me, got me into the house and the timely manner, and words don't describe the wonderful experience I had dealing with Eve. She is definitely much higher than a five-star rating! TL
