Walked into the Tempe location with a doctor's written order for a chest x-ray. Was told that they wouldn't accept it because it did not have a date. They wouldn't take my word for it for the date and called the doctor's office and asked them to fax a new order. I waited an hour and half only to be told no fax had been received. I called the doctor's office and was told that a fax had been sent a long time ago but that they would resend immediately. After confirming they had the correct number they did so. I walked in. I felt respected wanting to be there and believe it or not. I got an x-ray and walked out within about 15 minutes. It was incredible. That was at 4:30 when they close at five. I had a similarly great experience in another location. Whatever you’re doing at Banner imaging keep doing.
The easiest and smoothest testing Ive ever had. Thw checkin, call back for the imaging and the imaging was the fastest Ive ever experienced.
